We do not offer refunds on custom printed goods. All sales are final. 

For defective or misprinted items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo documentation at hello@agnusco.com.

To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@agnusco.com within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
